Continuing Education for Correctional Healthcare Professionals

The AAFP has reviewed Justice Involved Health Care and deemed it acceptable for up to 16.50 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 10/21/2026 to 10/23/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Great News: Pharmacy Continuing Education 8.5 CPE

We are thrilled to share an exciting update for pharmacy professionals attending the upcoming WASCHSA conference! 

Application for Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) credits has been submitted pending approval through the University of New Mexico, College of Pharmacy--an accredited provider by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

DAY RATE $200.  Payments will be accepted at the Dana for registration. cash , check, venmo, and zelle. 

EXHIBITORS $2000.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure we can provide an accurate headcount for our venue and catering partners, the following refund schedule applies to all registrations:

• Full Refund (100%): Requests received 45 days or more prior to the event start date.

• Partial Refund (50%): Requests received between 21 and 44 days prior to the event start date.

• No Refund: Requests received within 21 days (3 weeks) of the event start date. At this stage, we have made final commitments to the venue and catering, and costs are non-recoverable.

Additional Terms

• Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time before the event begins at no additional cost.

• How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to treasurer@wachsa.org

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [57] business days.
